Job Description: Removes, repairs, fabricates, replaces, modifies and installs aircraft parts and major structural components. Plans, lays out, cuts, bends, forms, shapes, fits, drills, reams, installs fasteners, assembles and installs sheet metal parts and airframe structural members. Works with close tolerance dimensions and various types of fasteners using common hand tools, special instruments and pneudraulic tools. Repairs flight control surfaces, engine cowling and performs fuel cell/tank maintenance. Performs organizational, intermediate and depot level structural modification and repair using engineering drawings, safety procedures, military specifications, standards and maintenance manuals in performance of assigned tasks. Documents work performed on aircraft forms, records and Contract Field Team workbooks. 

Experience: Must have a minimum of five years

Requirements: Must have completed military aviation maintenance training or aviation maintenance technical school curriculum or possess an FAA issued A&P license.

Must be a US Citizen

Must be able to meet physical requirements associated with and/or pass any medical examination requirements related to performing daily assigned tasks.

Must have ability to pass and maintain a U.S. Government background security check.
