Getting the Process Started

Submit your resume (your resume must include job history, place of employment, duration of employment, job title, job duties, and correct contact info including a valid email address).

Once your resume is approved IDP will send you the Deployment Packet via email. This packet breaks down the specifics of the contract. Once you have received and looked over the Deployment Packet, we suggest you contact IDP with any questions you may have. Only section VI needs to be completely filled out and returned for you to be considered for the position.

We will submit your completed deployment packet to the contractor. Within 3-5 days we will receive feedback (approval or disapproval) from the contractor. From this point the average time frame to deployment is 4-6 weeks.

We receive feedback (approval or not) from the contractor. Upon approval, the contractor initiates a background check which usually takes 5-7 days.

Upon approval, IDP will send an offer extension email with instructions to complete the online employment application. Once the online application is completed the background check is initiated, which usually takes 5-7 days.

Provided the background check is complete / clear, we can determine a tentative Deployment Date. Please note; a passport is required before a final Deployment Date is determined.

Your Deployment Date is the day you arrive in Houston. You will fly from Houston to Dubai one week from your arrival to Houston provided you pass the Skill Aptitude Test, Medical Physical, and Drug Test.

Once we have confirmed your deployment date, the contractor will make contact with you by phone regarding your travel arrangements to Houston a week prior to your departure date. In addition you will also be receiving a FEDEX package containing your itinerary and all documentation you will need for Houston processing.
