To qualify for the Foreign Income Exclusion, you will have to spend a minimum of 330 thirty days of your one-year contract outside of the United States.

You will be eligible for two two-week vacations (R&R's) during your contact. Your third R&R will be beyond your end of contract date (EOC). You must not spend more than 35 days in the US on these R&R's. Days spent in any other Country (Europe, Asia, Middle East, etc...) will not be counted against you.

You will be responsible for your State Income Tax.
